Fika Mental Fitness remote app

We’re partnering with Fika Mental Fitness to offer all students access to the Fika Mental Fitness: COVID-19 Cope with Remote app to support your wellbeing.

 It includes daily prompts to get you thinking about key issues to maintain and positively build good mental health, exercises, signposting towards general help, and a moderated topic board.

 Programmes and audio guides cover topics including managing distractions and uncertainty, maintaining motivation and positivity, staying connected, self-care and healthy habits.
