Following the launch of a new security feature called Multi-Factor Authentication designed to make it easier than ever for you to reset your password if you ever forget it, we have seen over 10,000 successful activation’s of the service.
However, we know that some of you have experienced difficulties and we have received a high number of support calls relating to the service.
So that we can action these as quickly as possible, please can you review the guide on registering for the service. This guide has helped the vast majority of callers resolve their issues without the need for further support.

Some other helpful points to remember are:
- If you are going to be using the Microsoft Authenticator application as your primary MFA method to sign-n, then please keep the app on your device after registration- please don’t uninstall it else this may cause problems.
- When registering for MFA, many users have found that clearing their internet cache before beginning the process, really helps.
